GM News: Chevrolet Spark Is Coming To North America

Lately, there seems to have been a lot of back and forth and back and forth regarding the Chevrolet Spark. GM had not decided whether or not the Chevrolet Spark was going to be released in the states or not but finally, this beautiful little car is going to be coming to North America – Mexico and Canada are obviously included too.

In the past, General Motors talked about just releasing the Chevrolet Spark to India and calling it a day but after a lot of debate and a lot of surveying, they have finally come up with the answer of releasing the Chevrolet Spark to the states.

To me – this is a personal win, as I have been waiting for this car to be released forever!

When you think about it – it sort of makes sense for companies like OOC to be coming up with some beautiful bikes that are electric – honestly, this should’ve been done years and years ago, however, I think that OOC definitely did the electric bike justice and truly created something that is totally different and unique. The great thing about this motorcycle is that is produces zero-emissions and it powered by 27 HP electric motor from the Advanced DC.

Now, you are probably wondering how many miles this beauty can go before it cuts out right? It can go about sixty miles per charge and you will need to charge it for about five hours in order to get it completely charged back up … that is what is so sweet about this bike, you can charge is every night and it will be fine by morning! The top speed for this bike is about 100 miles per hour and that is pretty cool.

This particular motorcycle is an invention that is not only fantastic for the environment but soon enough, more and more companies will start producing some electric bikes!

The 2011 Chevrolet Volt: Best Gas Mileage Ever?

Sometimes, certain things in life just sound way too good to be true, and that is what a lot of people are saying about the announcement Fritz Henderson, CEO of General Motors, recently made.

As many of you may have heard, one piece of news is that General Motors will be launching an astonishing twenty five new models within the coming two years, models which will encompass GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Buick.

But that ain’t all, kids.

The biggest tidbit revealed by Henderson had to do with the 2011 Chevrolet Volt. Thanks to the EPA’s new methodology used for calculated draft fuel economy standards, the Volt is expected to have perhaps the most astounding composite urban fuel economy rating ever. 230 miles per gallon. Yeah, you read that right. That “0″ is supposed to be there.

The Volt will be the first car to ever achieve a three digit rating for fuel economy. So what’s your take? Too good to be true?

2010 Chevy Camaro SS Review

The 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS is one of those cars that everyone knows about and everyone loves. On paper it might be difficult to see exactly how different the 2010 model is versus the 2009 model or even the 2008, but it is actually completely different and the first thing you will notice is the way that it looks. GM has really smoothed out all of the lines in the way of the Camaro and it actually looks quite incredible.

The grill is absolutely fabulous, headlights, the overall appeal of it and if you happen to look under the hood, you will see a real pushrod V-8 engine that is just ready to take off as soon as you hit the gas pedal. The interior of his car, while it did not change all that much certainly looks sporty enough and if you keep it clean (which we all know you will), it will look incredible!

So if you want a sports car that looks great, feels fantastic and all around is one car that you are going to keep for a while … the 2010 Chevy Camaro SS is going to be the car for you!
