Lincoln Concept C — It Is Pulling Through!

Okay guys – it has to be said that I have not seen a Lincoln yet that I like. Lincoln is just a brand that I do not really think about but when I saw that Lincoln Concept C debuted at the Detroit Auto Show, I fell in love. This is a car that looks so futuristic and different; it truly is one of the most unique cars on the market.

If you are looking to stand out, the Lincoln Concept C is it. While right now, it is just a concept, the concept, from the negotiations that are taking place right now seems to be pulling through rather quickly. Mass markets hopefully will be able to get the Lincoln Concept C in 2012 – hopefully!

I’ll be on the lookout for the Lincoln Concept C and let you know if I get anymore updates at all!

Why We Need More Concept Cars: 2

Now that we have talked about exactly what happens if you do have concept cars and why we have them, let’s talk about what would happen if we did not have any concept cars. Firstly – the world as we know it with cars would not be nearly as interesting as it is right now.

The design of the cars and trucks that are coming out in concept form not only develop on their way to production but they lead into some of the best features. Many cars would not be equipped with all of the things that they have now if a concept was not built.

That is the reason why concept cars are so, so important and why we need them and why they are shown constantly at auto shows – like the Detroit Auto Show!

While most people think that a lot of the concept cars out right now are stupid and they are probably wondering why we need concept cars in the first place. Well – that is what I am here to explain to you so that way you understand exactly why we need concept cars and why we need more of them.

One reason why we need concept cars is because without them – all of the cars and trucks would look exactly the same and do we really want that? Also, there would be no ideas at all to breed and that is where all of the new features come through.

In the next blog, we will talk about what would happen if we did not have any concept cars!

The GMC Granite — It’s The Best Concept!

When it comes to cars – how do all cars get started? Well, they all start out as a concept and that is exactly what the GMC Granite is. This particular car is actually awesome looking and is definitely one car that I am checking out in more detail. At the North American Auto Show that happened in Detroit just a few short weeks ago – the GMC Granite was the highlight of it.

Not only was this hatchback a highlight, but it was designed beautifully and with so many different features that it truly makes it feel like it was designed exactly for you. Take the flip back seat and the flip front passenger seat – these can all be flipped down so that you have more room.

You can actually carry a full mountain-sized bike inside of it, which to me … is pretty damn awesome!

Peugeot SR1 Concept: Come See It!

When it comes to concept cars, we all know who is in the lead for making some of the best concepts in the world and that is the French automakers, Peugeot. This particular automaker has been around for quite some time now and constantly, they are surprising me with the latest and greatest concept that they have come up with.

Unlike other SR1 concepts that this particular brand was coming up with, the brand new Peugeot SR1 New concept is honestly beautiful and not hallmarked by the quirky little love it or hate it styling that Peugeot usually goes for.

This car is practical and certainly something that anyone would want to invest in – which is rare in all its forms.

Audi Metroproject Quattro Concept: It’s A Concept!

We all know that Audi is an automaker that we can not only trust but one that we have grown to love … now, Audi is actually partnering with Quattro and I have to say that this is a fantastic combination. The brand new Audi Metroproject Quattro Concept is actually a concept car that is in the works right now and it is definitely a car that I am looking forward to.

The Audi Metroproject Quattro Concept will reportedly only be available with about one gearbox, but it is a seven speed S-Tronic automatic transmission. This car is going to be by far one of the best in the world … and I speak from experience!

So if you are in the market for an Audi minicar … this concept car is certainly going to turn your wheels!

2010 Suzuki Swift Hybrid Plug-In Concept: Unveiled!

Hybrid cars are the wave of the future and I think that any … any car company that does not hop on board with hybrid cars are going to be left in the dust. Suzuki is not that brand – this automaker is actually coming up with a brand new concept car, the 2010 Suzuki Swift Hybrid. This plug-in hybrid car is actually going to be pretty cool and it will mostly sell in Japan and Europe but it might come to the states!

This little hatchback is going to be available with a solid 1.3 liter diesel dubbed DDIS and to make things a heck of a lot cleaner, Suzuki announced that it will introduce this particular car at the Tokyo Motor Show that is coming up.

Right now, the 2010 Suzuki Swift Hybrid is just a concept, but already, there is a heck of a lot of buzz about this particular car, which is awesome!

Mazda MX-5 Superlight Concept: Debut At Frankfurt!

Cars are something that are always – always going to be around and they are something that you can count on. Especially if you have a Mazda anything. Mazda is a brand that is not only something that you can count on, but the cars that they have been coming out with lately are extremely chic and stylish and in this day and age, that is exactly what it takes to make it in the auto world.

While the Mazda MX-5 Superlight Concept is only a concept car right now – it is definitely one car that is going to be gaining a hell of a lot of attention at Frankfurt. It is a car that everyone is going to want to drive and it is a car that people will actually want to drive … which is perfect.

The Mazda MX-5 Superlight Concept was actually born because of the MX-5 Miata’s 20th anniversary and I think that it is going to be one hot car in Frankfurt!
